Job description:
Globexs is currently looking for a full-time rental agent:
- To handle the housing market of Valencia.
- To be in direct contact with home owners and tenants to close and follow up bookings.
- To act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- To build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships with other apartment suppliers in Valencia, and affiliates.
- To maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- To meet regularly with other members of the sales team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- To provide the correct customer service to both tenants and owners.
The person we are looking for:
- Speaks excellent English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Has at least 25 years experience in a customer service position.
- Is very empathic, and understands the challenges that expats face in terms of housing.
- Is a strong team player.
- Has strong adaptability and problemsolving skills.
- Understands consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Knows how to handle stressful situations.
