What will you be doing?- Ensuring adherence to Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) and internal policy, escalat-ing risks and breaches where relevant
- Providing advice on transactions and helping with the day to day corporate banking ac-tivity
- Assisting with regulatory change/regulatory review initiatives/projects
- Working on product development / product maintenance workstreams
- Helping colleagues in (i) Cash Management/Corporate Banking legal, (ii) Iberia/European Country Coverage legal, and (iii) colleagues in other legal teams
- Spanish law qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with an academic record, or equivalent expertise
- Experience with relevant financial services products and applicable regulations, in particular cash management and liquidity products
