Do you have experience as an Operations Manager working in a start-up/scale-up? Have you previously led large teams (70+) and relished the challenge? Then look no further Our partner is a young and expanding customer experience boutique and they're in search of an Operations Manager to join their team in the heart of Valencia

As Operations Manager you are taking the helm of a team of 70+ agents in our partner's office in the centre of Valencia.

Your day-to-day:

  • Lead the way for the customer experience team totalling
    70FTEs across 6 customer accounts

Manage contracts and relations with customers/vendors/partners/stakeholders

Mentor and motivate the different teams to be the best possible

  • Design and implement
    new policies and processes

Oversee expenses and budgeting to optimise the organisation

  • Implement
    tech solutions to automate processes
  • Track and
    analyse performance data

Their office is based in the centre of Valencia, and is shared with 4 other companies who all have the same shareholders.

The company's mission is to be the number 1 partner for European scale-ups looking to outsource their customer experience teams.


  • Fluent in
    English
-
2-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Operations or similar

  • Experience
    managing large teams of Agents and Team Leads (70+)
  • Familiarity with
    all business functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain and IT Experience with Customer Service/Customer Experience ‍
  • An
    analytical mindset and a problemsolving attitude
  • Knowledge of
    data analytics and reporting
  • Excellent
    organisational and leadership ability
  • Outstanding
    communication and negotiation skills
  • Good with numbers and **financial planning
