Descripción del empleo
- Serve as the initial contact for internal customers requiring technical support via phone, support tool, or in person.
- Provide timely customer assistance and resolve technical issues by collaborating with internal users to test and ensure resolution.
- Proactively follow up with customers or team members to confirm successful solutions and satisfaction.
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and remote access.
- Document progress during issue resolution and solutions implemented.
- Manage technical documentation and service catalog related to software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Handle inventory and secure disposal of decommissioned data storage devices.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Linux OS, Office365, and Organizational Applications.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
Requisitos
- CFGS in Administration of Networked Computer Systems.
- First Certificate in English or B2.
