Are you ready to join our team as a Feasibility Manager at Precision for Medicine? As a core member of the expert team within the Feasibility Department, you will play a vital role in managing and executing pre and post award feasibility projects, as well as site identification. By representing feasibility at pre and post award meetings, you will support the study teams and business development unit. Additionally, you will engage in specific projects that drive innovation and help us maintain a competitive edge as a scientifically driven partner for our biotech and pharma clients. Remote work opportunities are available in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia.

Main responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

Feasibility pre award

  • Provide detailed pre-award support to Operational Strategy and BD teams
  • Offer feasibility analysis and insights for pre-award RFPs
  • Develop feasibility budgets
  • Support feasibility meetings
  • Facilitate pre-award feasibility
  • Establish and maintain feasibility standards
  • Deliver training and materials for pre-award Feasibility

Post award feasibility

  • Lead post award and standalone feasibility projects
  • Provide guidance to project teams
  • Conduct research and analysis for study planning
  • Drive the success of feasibility projects
  • Engage with patient advocacy groups
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of survey data
  • Provide training and materials for post-award feasibility

Participate in the growth of the Feasibility Department and Precision for Medicine:

  • Interact with management
  • Support junior team members
  • Train new team members
  • Ensure adherence to processes and tools
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in CRO/Pharmaceutical industry

Skills:

  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Sound rationale and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in IT platforms and data analysis
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and web-based platforms
