Job Description

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to the established menu and guest preferences.
Create new and innovative cocktails that align with the theme of Bittersweet.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure seamless operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a premium restaurant, bar, or hotel.
Extensive knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
Creative flair and a passion for mixology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant certifications or training in mixology are preferred.
