Nos encontramos en un periodo de cambio importante, replanteando la forma de trabajo hacia equipos de producto autónomos y empoderados, en los que ingeniería, producto y diseño colaboran para deleitar a nuestros usuarios.

Por eso y en este momento buscamos un/una Tech Lead que nos ayude a hacerlo posible.

El rol de Tech Lead tiene la responsabilidad última de la ejecución de un equipo de ingeniería. Se trata de un puesto que requiere de experiência, del que se espera responsabilidad, mucho impacto y autonomía.


Aspiramos a que los equipos de producto digital sean autónomos y auto-dirigidos, siempre alineados con la estrategia de la compañía.

Por esta razón, se espera que este perfil sepa liderar e inspirar al equipo.


Concretamente, buscamos un/una Tech Lead para nuestro equipo de Recomendación y Búsqueda, que se encarga principalmente de que nuestros usuarios vean el contenido más afín a sus gustos y ofrecerles las oportunidades más relevantes durante la visita a nuestra web.




¿Qué harás?:

Gestionarás a un equipo de 4-5 personas.

Te encargarás de ofrecer feedback de forma periódica, al igual que de marcar objetivos y de prestar atención al crecimiento y evolución de los individuos dentro de la empresa.

También serás responsable de la productividad, satisfacción y motivación del equipo.


Además, tendrás la responsabilidad última sobre la ejecución del equipo en su conjunto: rendimiento, calidad y escalabilidad de las soluciones creadas, impacto de producto en usuarios, contrataciones, dinámicas y organización interna, etc.


Trabajarás mano a mano con tu Product Manager, aportando tu conocimiento técnico a las soluciones propuestas y garantizando su viabilidad.

Te asegurarás de que las necesidades técnicas se priorizan correctamente.

Te preguntarás siempre si tu equipo está trabajando en aquello que es más importante para el usuario, el equipo o la organización, reduciendo las distracciones.

Garantizarás la adecuada ejecución de los proyectos apostando por la calidad y la escalabilidad.

Ayudarás a tu equipo a tomar decisiones basadas en datos, ofreciendo feedback sobre decisiones de arquitectura, planes de ejecución

Comunicarás muchísimo. Oralmente y por escrito.

Redactarás documentos de diseño técnico, RFC, propuestas y te asegurarás de que el conocimiento y la información fluye en la organización de ingeniería.

Fomentarás una cultura de producto en tu equipo. No estamos aquí únicamente para entregar código, sino para producir resultados tangibles en nuestro negocio.

Has de tener clara la razón última por la cual hacemos las cosas, qué significa el éxito y cómo vas a medirlo.


Te comunicarás con Tech Leads de otros equipos, así como Stakeholders de otras áreas, para conseguir objetivos marcados y buscar sinergias que ayuden a potenciar nuestro producto.

Programarás. Preferiblemente te centrarás en tareas de alto impacto o en piezas críticas de nuestra plataforma.

Reportarás directamente al Responsable de Área, en una estructura bastante horizontal y sin burocracia.


Tendrás una visión general de todo lo que está pasando en la empresa y pensarás en nuestra cultura de ingeniería como un todo, intentando siempre mejorarla.


Sobre ti:

  • Tienes experiência demostrable liderando equipos de ingeniería en entornos exigentes.
  • Te apasiona resolver problemas y afrontar grandes retos, aportando soluciones de calidad.
  • Tienes un pasado técnico fuerte y has construido sistemas donde la escalabilidad y el rendimiento eran muy importantes.
  • Eres capaz de ordenar tus ideas y de comunicar de forma sencilla y efectiva conceptos técnicos complejos, incluso a personas sin experiência técnica.
  • Aportas amplios conocimientos de arquitectura de sistemas, diseño de software, APIs, diferentes modelos de almacenamiento de datos, etc.
  • Controlas aspectos como el SSR, los Core Web Vitals, y la optimización en un contexto "headless". El consumo de datos es relevante para ti y buscas la eficiencia continuamente.
  • Aunque el puesto tiene una carga de gestión muy importante, puedes bajar al plano más técnico con comodidad y frecuencia e ir al detalle de los problemas, especialmente en conversaciones con tu equipo.
  • Eres capaz de mentorizar y hacer crecer a un equipo de ingeniería motivado.
  • Sabes trabajar orientado a Producto: no buscamos hacer grandes evoluciones sin tener un feedback previo del usuario. Nos gusta entregar valor en pequeñas iteraciones y usamos las métricas que nos ayudan a comprender si el resultado es positivo.
