Procurement Trainee

We are looking for a versatile and proactive person to join the Procurement team.

Key accountabilities
Market Screening & Supplier Management

Follow up and revisit trends and forecast, where applicable (categories and/or markets) identifying risks and opportunities.

Procurement Process

Provide support on the following tasks:

  • RFP drafting
  • Definition and Execution of the terms/requirements
  • Bidder list definition and prequalification process
  • Coordination of technical inputs according to project deadlines
  • Support on commercial negotiation (i.e contracts)
  • Proposal assessment (i.e technical compliance assessment)
Support on the awarding recommendation following project and Company requirements.

Education

  • University degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related is required.
  • Written and verbal English communication skills (B2) Ability to work under pressure.
