IT Financial Management Expert (f/m/d) This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in other locations such as Germany and India.


Your mission and responsibilities:

Drive the IT Financial Management Maturity of our IT Infrastructure Organization to provide transparency and enable a fact-based decision making for the portfolio management as well as the identification and implementation of cost optimization measures.

Task and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for implementing a holistic financial management framework in the global IT infrastructure organization, including assessment of the status quo, definition of processes, benchmarking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You support our infrastructure transformation projects including independent clarification of commercial topics with the relevant stakeholders.
  • You act as a sparring partner for Controlling regarding budgeting, forecasting, cross charging.
  • You provide transparency and input to support related infrastructure activities like budgeting, risk
- and demand management, or portfolio investment decisions (Projects and Services)
  • You support projects and services with business case calculations, makeorbuy

- or insource/outsource-decisions.
  • You identify and drive cost optimization measures to increase productivity.
  • You work closely with different stakeholders across the organization, like e.g., IT management, Finance, Procurement, Strategy as well as service/product owners and project managers.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a master's degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable.
  • You convince through several years of experience in the implementation and operation of financial management processes in globally active companies, ideally at Siemens Healthineers
  • You have indepth experience in integrating and coordinating external suppliers and internal suppliers in a global context.
  • You score with a strong understanding of contract and tax law issues.
  • You have very indepth work experience in the environment of international, crossfunctional teams.
  • You have knowledge of SAP (modules FI and CO)
    Additionally
  • To be able to operate successfully in our international working environment, you have business fluency in English and German is a plus.
  • You have a very strong IT affinity and understanding of technologies and processes in global IT organizations.
  • Planning and organizational skills in a global IT organization are necessary for your daily work in the efficient support of your stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to comprehensively communicate value in the languages of IT, Finance, and Business
