Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Payroll expert with strong SAP HCM background as a consultant and with integrations with other SAP/non SAP systems

To cover responsibilities like:

  • Manage Payroll activities in a regional HCM service (SAP HCM backend system) including operations, change requests and incident management.
  • Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new HCM Payroll demands (projects, system enhancement requests, incidents & escalations etc.)
  • Capture new HCM Payroll demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand's scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.
  • Handle local activities related Payroll needed to support the Global projects.
  • Solution designer and integration expert to support Payroll demands to connect with other regional or local systems such as Time Management system.
  • Lead HCM topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations, focused on Payroll/Time
  • Coordination/management global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.
  • Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios.

In general, we expect you have:

  • Several years of experience in SAP HCM.
  • Experience and motivation to work in an international set up.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously
  • Capability to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service.
  • Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
  • Teamwork.
