Real Estate Portfolio Strategy Manager

As a Real Estate Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will be pivotal for the success of the local teams through ensuring that we simplify and improve the way we execute on our priorities, and that we support the TAG growth journey by enabling the realization of our Corporate Real Estate strategy.
What you'll be doing- Simplifying how we work with through consolidation, harmonisation, standardisation, and digitalisation
- Efficiently Creating Corporate Real Estate strategy by drafting supporting presentations, and attached processes and workflows
- Supporting the Governance & Change journey by ensuring that we create value and that adoption is secured
- Define and manage strategies in close alignment with key stakeholders (driving category councils & governance),and formalise and manage strategic plans
- Assess Real Estate spend structure to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous value optimization
- Identify sourcing initiatives and timing in order to implement strategy & execute on plans
- Define category aligned sourcing principles and best practices (playbooks)
- Use vendor performance and market insights to define KPI's and Benchmarks
- Work with Real Estate stakeholders (local & Global) to identify and mitigate risks related to technology roadmap implementation
- Identify and mitigate risks related to deviations from Real Estate strategy and best practices\
- Engage and create strong relationship with Procurement categories, most notably the Facility Management category
- Ideally several years of experience within complex Real Estate organizations with multi-dimensional portfolios across geographies
- Extensive Knowledge on Commercial Real Estate (Office & Retail)
- Proven track record on Leases negotiations
- Deep understanding of Financials and/or asset management
- Good understanding of tenancy law
- Experience as advisor for leaders and executives
- Experience from managing multi-stakeholder projects or programs
