WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and practices, ensuring that the team follows the Scrum framework.
Identify and help to eliminate obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to work more efficiently.
Encourage collaboration and help foster a culture of transparency and open communication.
Lead the team in retrospectives to reflect on their work and find ways to enhance their processes and performance over time, promoting continuous.
