The role:
As a Customer Care Planner in our Services team, you'll play a huge role in coordinating our network of subcontractors who are responsible for the services for our products and clients.
Finally, you'll be responsible that the experience of our customers and our subcontracting network is flawless.

You will:
- Communicate and dispatch work order request to our Wallbox SubcontractorNetwork
- Be responsible for the delivery of every service within the Quality standards
- Ensure that the Subcontractors Network consistently provides excellent and industryleading levels of Quality and Customer Service
- Ensure that the Subcontractor Network maximizes profitability on all projects withoutcompromising on agreed standards
- Continuously improve the Subcontractors Network experience in balance with theneeds and expectations of our customers
- Manage, schedule and organize services for Wallbox customers
- Perform the planning for all type of interventions needed in the field
- Understand the Services contracts
- React to instructions from the responsible of the Customer Care team and takedirection regarding the best interests of the Wallbox customerbase
- Attend regular, scheduled meetings to discuss the performance of the services andgenerate ideas for improvement
- Take ownership on the quality of the project in all cases and ensure that any issue issolved satisfactorily for the Subcontractors Network, customer and the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year1 of work experience with customers and/or subcontractors.
- Native in one of these languages; English, Dutch, French, Italian, Portugues, German,Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and adapt to fastchanging priorities
- A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
- Ability to work closely with endusers in a consulting, services or support capability
- Accountable, rigorous, autonomous.
