Our company is already the trusted treasury management software of a large number of medium and large-sized corporates in Europe.

Composed of a fantastic team of people with around 30 members with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We have offices in Spain but we expect to broaden our horizons in the near future.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting, generating and qualifying new leads (70 to 80% of your time)

You will participate in the marketing strategy, helping in generating quality content (social media, newsletters ), do some community management and help on our events planning (20 to 30% of your time)

What will your role be?


You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Manager and our Account Executives.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and resilient profile who is hungry to participate in scaling our business.

The main tasks are:

  • Represent our company's products: starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads: fill our Sales teams with data of relevant companies they can reach in order to present them our solution
  • Prioritize prospects and define approach mechanism: Define and segment prospects based on relevance and priorities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
  • Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through creative research (web, databases, calls, LinkedIn, partners etc)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy, helping with community management, content generation, event planning, and competitive intelligence
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to do whatever
  • Achieve monthly lead generation quotas
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented
  • An engaging and effective communicator
  • Detailoriented, tenacious, responsible and selfmotivated
  • Ability to learn quickly and familiarity with metricdriven sales
