The HR Data Excellence Analyst will be in charge of ensuring the HR Data framework's robustness and highest data quality levels to make data-driven decisions about individuals. This position will oversee and ensure the implementation of excellence in HR Data Foundations to generate business value by uncovering and making trustworthy data available across various business processes and knowledge domains.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Monitor HR Data management from different systems and sources to maintain data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness across all HR data systems.
  • Coordinate People & HR Data Governance, enforcing all Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within the HR function.
  • Contribute to the Data Quality Council, participate in data governance endeavors, promote data quality awareness within the HR function, and oversee the Data Governance community.
  • Lead HR data enhancement projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality results.
  • Assist in creating and delivering People Analytics reports.
  • Support the execution of the People & HR Data Analytics strategy.

You should have

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, preferably with a Masters.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, ideally including the ability to analyze, manage, and validate large datasets.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and solutions (PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query, etc.) with a grasp of databases and data structures.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Methodical, structured, analytical, and creatively problem-solving skills, along with project management experience, good communication, and a team player attitude.
