  • API roadmap working alongside our Chief of Product and Global Partnership Programme Manager.
  • Taking ownership of the performance of your connections including new builds rebuilds as well as upgrades.
Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including commercial customer service engineering and product to define connectivity requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to establish and maintain robust connections and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connections in a timely and efficient manner minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Operational scalability in the decisionmaking process aiming to minimize the need for manual workload across the entire business.
  • Implement efficiency and agility improvements in XML hotel PMS and channel management connections.
  • Deliver for key insights in supporting strategic decisionmaking by responding timeously and professionally.
- Act as a catalyst in reducing integration churn through continuous guidance and support for external partners on best practices for connectivity and integration
