    StiboDX, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. Stibo DX is a market leader in digital asset management, content creation, and publishing platforms for the media industry.
  • Every day, more than 800 media brands across five continents rely on Stibo DX's platforms to create and publish content. Their systems ensure efficient and consistent publishing of more than 600 websites and thousands of daily print publications worldwide. You will work in a distributed new team from our office in Málaga.

What you'll be doing:

  • We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated QA Engineer to join a newly formed team dedicated to developing a planning product that will be used by the biggest media brands in the world.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of our SaaS solution, which is pivotal in shaping how content and assets are planned, managed, and used by thousands of journalists and editors globally.
  • You will work alongside a diverse global team of professionals, leveraging Agile and SAFe methodologies to implement rigorous testing protocols to maintain the reliability and integrity of our system. Your expertise will directly contribute to the excellence of our product, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, considering technical capabilities, workflows, and usability.
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve defects across the software development lifecycle.
  • Challenge assumptions and standards by actively engaging with engineers and product owners to advocate for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a repository of test cases and scenarios for regression, functional, and performance testing to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Track and verify defects and fixes, ensuring alignment with specified requirements and enduser needs.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Remain up to date with new testing tools and strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Expertise in
    Test Design: Demonstrated ability to craft detailed test designs, including test plans, cases, and scripts, to uncover defects and ensure the functionality of software products.

Risk-based testing: Proficiency in risk-based testing approaches to prioritize testing efforts based on the potential impact of defects, ensuring efficient allocation of testing resources.

  • Familiarity with
    TestRail and
    Jira: Practical experience with test management tools such as TestRail for organizing test cases and tracking results, along with Jira for issue tracking and project management.

Gherkin: Familiarity with the Gherkin language for writing structured and clear acceptance criteria, enabling automated testing scenarios.

You are expected to have a solid grasp of both the software development lifecycle and the software testing lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset.

You should be capable of taking the initiative, working independently, and driving quality assurance activities without the need for close supervision.
