Join the one of the Centers of Excellence (CoE) for the Holiday Experiences division (TUI Musement and Hotels & Resorts) to work as a Digital Learning Consultant where you will work together with the L&D Manager for digital learning to design, develop and deliver learning initiatives that will support the development of our people.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Work closely with international Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to identify learning and development (L&D) needs
- Work closely with the People Development & Culture team, with various people backgrounds, and different expertise, and collaborate with People Development Managers to deliver on our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and strategic L&D projects
- Design and deliver digital learning solutions that look aesthetically pleasing, fit the needs and work for how people learn i.e., videos, animations, elearning, performance support, sites and online scenarios
- Look for cuttingedge solutions and analyse the best way to deploy them for strategic projects that support the business and the operations
- Evaluate effectiveness and seek ways to improve performance through your digital learning solutions
- Within this role you will be required to develop global learning solutions for several key strategic projects where cuttingedge digital learning solutions are required
ABOUT YOU
- Using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, and Rise. However other tools are a plus, we're open about new ways of working
- Using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects )
- Working in a Learning & Development function
- You have knowledge and skills in Instructional, with an understanding of how people learn
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, any additional language is advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to present to an audience your ideas, clearly and with conviction
- Knowledge of how Learning Management Systems work to be able to work with ours (not as an administrator). We use SAP Success Factors
- Intellectually curious and can demonstrate a history of learning new things frequently
- Team player who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career
- Desire to serve while helping TUI Musemates to deliver unforgettable experiences across the globe to our guests
