Join us as a Sr. Manager Technical Sales Specialist, AAT in Europe(remote), where you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) responsible for LSMS products in the EMEA region to meet growth targets efficiently.

Your responsibilities:

  • Directly manage all GC RFC Technical Sales Specialists in EMEA region
  • Achieve growth above AOP for relevant product lines in EMEA.
  • Provide strategic mentorship and operational support to regional sales managers for GC EFS products.
  • Establish and control expense budgets, collaborating closely with finance/commercial partners.
  • Lead action plans aligned with Goal Trees to enhance core business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Thermo Fisher teams for process improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise territory and product mix performance, implementing corrective/growth measures effectively.
  • Analyze team territory and prioritize activities for maximum results.
  • Lead team pipelines, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and drive strong business signals.
  • Drive standard processes on opportunity management and provide improvement suggestions to sales operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • MS degree in Science or Business disciplines
  • Extensive commercial business experience, including distribution or international exposure
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills in a matrixed environment
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to build and maintain processes, excellent communication, mentoring, and developing skills
  • Familiarity with commercial sales/marketing tools and market understanding
  • Experience in planning and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects.
