Estamos buscando un perfil para el equipo de Initiative que nos ayude a gestionar una de las cuentas más importantes de la compañía.


Responsabilidades y funciones principales:

  • Realización de informes de audiencias, campañas inversiones publicitarias y notoriedad de marcas.
  • Colaboración en la preparación de documentos y presentaciones.
  • Realizar tareas de entrada de datos y mantener actualizada la información en bases de datos.
  • Proporcionar apoyo general en tareas administrativas diarias.
  • Participar en proyectos especiales asignados por el supervisor.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos según sea necesario para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias Empresariales o campo relacionado.
  • Habilidades sólidas en Microsoft Office (sobre todo en Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint).
  • Habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  • Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Iniciativa y disposición para aprender y asumir nuevas responsabilidades.
  • Capacidad para manejar información confidencial de manera discreta.
