What does an international Project manager do at 87seconds?Reporting to an Account Director, the person is key in the organization and will:
Manage and oversee various types of projects, including 2D and 3D animation videos, motion design, UX design creation.
Monitor projects from the initial quote stage to final delivery: ensuring timely completion, budget management, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular project status meetings, foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications To succeed, the ideal profile ticks all these boxes (or almost):
Strong interpersonal skills both with clients and with creative & production teams
Good knowledge of media, social media, and digital ecosystems, which mechanics for which objectives
Autonomy in client management, reporting to the manager.
Experience of 1 to 3 years including internships in project management and international coordination in agencies.
Detail oriented
Professional English (official language of the team), Spanish and / or French
A plus? Do you have in-depth knowledge in a specific sector? Do you do theater or photography? Are you proficient in AdWords? Do you understand the ins and outs of social media and influence?
