In this role, you will be responsible for creating internal communications campaigns, plans, and content to keep colleagues informed, motivated, and connected to the company's mission. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication initiatives in partnership with various teams at Verisure.
- Utilize existing communication channels to their fullest potential.
- Design and execute global communication campaigns to enhance engagement and unity across all countries.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Establish and manage the editorial calendar, creating synergies between different themes.
- Identify communication opportunities with global impact and leverage compelling stories.
- Collaborate with Group Communications teams and teams across geographies to enhance communication strategies.
- Plan and execute both in-person and online events.

This position is based in Madrid.

This role will report to the Group Internal Communications Senior Manager.
Candidate profile
Education and background
- Seeking an individual with a strong background in communications and project management, dedicated to adding value to the business and its workforce.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate communications.
- Experience in coordinating projects across diverse international teams.
- Skilled in transforming information into engaging content.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
