as we're 100% remote friendly.Job Description Why you are here? You will be the leader of the International TA Team alongside running your own searches end-to-end.
This includes managing the pipelines of roles and candidates, setting and delivering a quality hiring bar and owning the capacity, capability, performance and engagement of the International TA team.
What you will do? Collaborating with functional leaders on hiring priorities and manage expectationsHiring plan alignment with the finance budget
Have agile governance in place to decide on roles coming in / out based on business needs
Building quality pipeline of candidates to enable roles to be closed on time
Increase talent density in international roles with excellent quality of new hires (attributes, diverse and competent recruitment squad, selection process, assessment tools)
Ensure team capacity and capability to meet the hiring needs (volume + talent density)
Manage performance and engagement of the team
Provide excellent candidate experience
Your metrics that matter:
Timely reaching hiring plan 100% (company budget)
Team productivity at 3 hires / TA Partner / month
Team engagement score above 8.1 (Office Vibe)
Average time to offer under 40 days
Quality of hiring score at 80% (assessment after 3 months from joining) (to be created)

With almost 100 roles to hire annually into more than 30 teams... Prioritization and detail orientation.
You know that talent acquisition is part science, part art right? We run processes diligently, follow up with candidates and HMs and we don't drop the ball.
Hands on team management. You will own - together with the hiring team - decisions on who we hire and how. To succeed, be ready to shadow your team and hiring managers to ensure amazing outputs.Highly analytical.
Think through the cause - effect logic to build smart plans, design team capacity, manage expectations of business leaders and organize your own and team's work efficiently.

The role will be 100% fully remote in Europe ~ on the Global Docplanner Team
In this role, you'll be reporting to Ryan Hill , our VP Executive Recruiting & Leadership Development.
The process: 60 min intro call with Luco (Docplanner Co-Founder and Chief People Officer)
30 min conversation with Ryan to discuss DP values, scope of the role and team alignment
Business exercise to better understand your skills and experiences, based on a few days' preparation time and a 60 min working meeting with Luco and/or Ryan
Final meeting with team
