En su estrategia de digitalización, transformación y crecimiento buscamos una figura sólida que se encargue de liderar el área de Tax Technology desde sus oficinas de Madrid, un rol de nueva creación en el que poder expandir tus horizontes técnicos para impulsar la digitalización de los servicios del área fiscal y su llegada a los clientes.
TAREAS & RESPONSABILIDADES
Dentro del área de Fiscal (con un equipo de unas 110 personas en España), la compañía cuenta con un equipo de Socios y Directores con altas inquietudes tecnológicas que les han llevado a identificar las necesidades tecnológicas detectadas en muchos de sus clientes y que les impulsa a incorporar este Tax Technology Lead como uno de los pilares de su crecimiento, a través de la identificación e implementación de nuevas tecnologías (software, aplicaciones, robots ) y/o mejoras de procesos para optimizar ahorro y Compliance en los clientes.
- Establecerá la hoja de ruta y definirá el portfolio de soluciones tecnológicas que permitan crear y desarrollar Programas de Asesoría Fiscal / Contable para automatizar, digitalizar y dar soporte a esas necesidades ya detectadas (y otras que puedan surgir o se puedan detectar analizando el mercado o la competencia), apoyándose en los equipos de Desarrollo Software de la casa para la construcción de esas soluciones (realizando asimismo labores de Gestión de Proyectos, pues aunque se tratará más de desarrollar esas soluciones internamente, podrá también en ocasiones recurrir a comprar esos servicios fuera) y trabajando en la integración con otras herramientas (ERP, Reporting, Tax Automation / Automatización de Impuestos, Data Analytics tools : PowerBI, Alteryx, Quicksight, etc)

Experiência:Buscamos un profesional sólido con al menos 6-10 años de experiência, con un perfil híbrido que aporte conocimiento en el ámbito fiscal / financiero (elaboración de modelos de impuestos y cuentas anuales es decir, que ya conozca el negocio o aporte esa experiência en el desarrollo de soluciones similares para el área fiscal o legal), unido a formación y conocimientos digitales o tecnológicos en lenguajes de Programación / Desarrollo tipo Python (que entienda o tenga perspectiva de todo el ciclo de vida de Desarrollo
SDLC:
toma de requisitos, diseño, testing e implementación, consultoría tecnológica ), en el uso de soluciones de automatización (RPA, UIPath, Automation Anywhere) y/o en el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al ámbito fiscal / financiero / legal.
- Pueden darse dos tipos de perfil y estamos abiertos a valorar ambos: Fiscalistas con interés y foco en la parte de innovación tecnológica o Ingenieros / Tecnólogos con esa experiência previa en desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al ámbito fiscal / financiero / legal.
- Será un plus aportar experiência en Project Management y Product Management (acostumbrado a trabajar con deadlines en la entrega), al igual que experiência en Consultoría / Servicios Profesionales / Big Four o similares y, por supuesto, un fuerte interés en Transformación, Tecnología y su aplicación en procesos de negocio y financieros.
Soft Skills:Buenas dotes de comunicación e influencia, creatividad, liderazgo, capacidad de organización para trabajar de manera independiente, con perfil estratégico pero hands-on y habituado a gestionar diferentes Stakeholders tanto internos como externos (equipos técnicos de Diseño, Desarrollo, IT, RPA / Robotic pero también Tax & Accounting, Risk Management, Proveedores ). Con la capacidad e iniciativa necesarias para desarrollar soluciones efectivas en situaciones complejas, retadoras o bajo presión.
