OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Implementation and Integration:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of various IT systems to meet the school's operational and strategic needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides for IT systems.

System Maintenance and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance and functionality of IT systems, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Implement upgrades and enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all IT systems.
  • 3.

Staff Training and Support:

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to students, parents, staff, teachers, and leaders on the use of IT systems as appropriate.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to facilitate effective use of IT systems by all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT Platformrelated inquiries and troubleshooting.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with students, parents, staff, and leaders to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of IT systems.
  • Solicit input from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of IT systems.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of IT initiatives with the school's mission and goals.

Confidentiality and Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with diverse stakeholders, respecting different cultural norms and practices.
  • 6.

Relationships with Local and Regional Teams:

  • Act as a liaison between the school and all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, students, and local/regional teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with local and regional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives and objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and use of IT systems.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing IT systems, particularly in an educational setting.
  • Strong technical proficiency in a variety of IT systems, including ISams, Cpoms, Success Factors, Sphera, Reach, Epraise, School Buddy, Salesforce, Navision BC, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex IT initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IT.
