POSITION SUMMARY

  • Help staff in resolving issues with payments, such as credit card processing problems. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with any issues.
  • Handle guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, activating room keys, and processing various payment types.
  • Set up accurate guest accounts during check-in, anticipate sold-out situations, and arrange alternative accommodations when needed.
  • Communicate with other departments to address guest requests or problems promptly.
  • Support management in various tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain professional conduct.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment, reporting incidents, and completing safety training as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • License or Certification: Not required.
