Importante empresa que diseña y construye plantas fotovoltaicas está buscando un Project & Construction Manager que será el responsable de supervisar y gestionar, desde la planificación inicial hasta la finalización, diferentes proyectos fotovoltaicos en España.

Bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Construcción de Energía Solar serás responsable de la gestión de los proyectos desde la etapa de adjudicación hasta la puesta en marcha.

Progresivamente asumirás tareas adicionales para lograr la excelencia en tu desempeño, ampliando tu ámbito de responsabilidad.

Funciones:
Planificación y organización del proyecto Gestionar los contratos EPC, incluidos los contratistas EPC y proveedores externos.

Coordinación de equipos y recursos:
asignación de tareas y responsabilidades a los miembros del equipo

Control del presupuesto:

responsable de supervisar y controlar los costos del proyecto, asegurándose de que se adhiera al presupuesto establecido y tomando medidas correctivas si es necesario.

Gestión de riesgos.

Seguimiento y control del progreso:

informes periódicos sobre el avance y ajustes según sea necesario para garantizar que el proyecto se mantenga en el rumbo correcto.


Comunicación y coordinación con los stakeholders:

comunicación constante con los stakeholders del proyecto, como los clientes, proveedores y contratistas, para asegurarse de que se cumplan sus expectativas y se resuelvan cualquier problema o preocupación que puedan tener.

Formación en ingeniería +5 años de experiencia en las funciones descritas Experiencia en Proyectos Fotovoltaicos Alto nivel de Inglés (interlocución diaria en inglés con clientes internacionales)

Disponibilidad para viajar a las obras a nivel nacional Salario:
Hasta 70.000€b/a + variable + coche Pertenecer a empresa relevante en el sector de la energía Ambiente internacional Sobre la posición Tipo de contrato: FULL_TIME

Cuentan con una plantilla de más de 400 empleados y, recientemente, han iniciado su expansión en España, donde están buscando al líder de desarrollo.

En España, han adquirido una cartera de proyectos fotovoltaicos RtB con una capacidad total de 30 MWp. Actualmente, tienen un portafolio en desarrollo de cerca de 50 MWp.

El Director de Operación y Mantenimiento (O&M) para Plantas Fotovoltaicas es responsable de supervisar y garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente, seguro y rentable de las plantas fotovoltaicas.

Este rol incluye la gestión de equipos técnicos, la implementación de programas de mantenimiento, la optimización del rendimiento de los sistemas fotovoltaicos y el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de seguridad y calidad.

IPP nacional busca incorporar un Gestor Energético para supervisar la optimización de producción y el consumo de energía de los activos eólicos de la compañía.
