Site Implementation & Training Specialist (London Region)

The position of Site Implementation & Training Specialist is pivotal in engaging Biosite customers to ensure a seamless transition to Biosite's platform and drive user adoption.
The role entails imparting comprehensive knowledge on Biosite's product range functionality and capabilities to tailor the best solution to customer needs.
The incumbent will conduct remote and on-site training sessions on Biosite products, and contribute to developing and updating training materials and user guides over time.
This role will directly report to the Implementation & Training Lead within Biosite's Professional Services team. Biosite is actively seeking an individual to spearhead implementation and training for customers in and around London. Suitable training and career advancement will be provided.
Main responsibilities and tasks:- Prepare and deliver setup and implementation based on customer requirements
- Conduct professional training sessions on-site and remotely for users and administrators
- Update and provide comprehensive training materials to customers
- Assist customers with technical issues during implementation
- Support the sales team in onboarding new customers
Person Profile:
- Experience in a customer-focused and/or training environment preferred
- Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with keen accuracy
- Quick learner with motivation to work effectively within a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of Biosite products
- Clear communication of technical terms
- Proven ability to engage with director-level customers and monitor customer satisfaction effectively
- Organized to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible with customer availability
- Contributor to a efficient and responsible team
- Train new employees on Biosite product usage
- Capable of managing workload independently
- Promote positive customer experiences
