Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage the specific portfolio review of country policies by identifying the in-scope policies in alignment to the agreed parameters defined.
Track the progress of review and respond to any IT or business-related issues that prevent or slow down portfolio review.
Prioritize resources within the team, identifying any resource gaps against plan at the earliest opportunity.
Ensure that priorities are clearly understood and that target delivery dates provided and communicated to stakeholders are achieved.
Deliver accurate status reports containing workstream progress, upcoming milestones, changes to milestones, issues, risks & financial status, on a regular & ad-hoc basis as required.
Build effective relationships & communication channels with the following: Project Managers from other European countries and workstream leads, Business Stakeholder at all levels, regional business change teams.
While the processes stabilize, to Quality Check booking requests received on Registration System or any other format before forwarding to Third Party service provider.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (verbal & written) is a must
Proficiency in Spanish is strongly valuable
Proficiency in European languages like Dutch, German, French or Italian is desired
Applicants ideally have demonstrable insurance industry expertise and appreciation of the challenges of working with different cultures and time zones, as well as an applicable working knowledge of rapid change delivery processes which can be applied day to day.
Formal project management qualification and extensive years of demonstrable project management experience on large projects, over multiple locations and within the insurance industry.
Experience of working with business change methodologies.
Experience in global organizations is an advantage but not essential.
Proven communication, documentation, analytical & problem-solving skills.
A successful track record of operating in multi-cultural and complex political environments
