Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the technical requirements of clients and provide comprehensive Molex solutions, such as technical data, documentation, and samples, to convert leads effectively.
- Engage in pre-qualification, qualification, and lead generation activities for incoming technical inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, offering them support for customer interactions like visits and meetings.
- Proactively engage in telephone outreach campaigns.
- Actively pursue all leads from exhibitions and contribute to various marketing events, including exhibitions and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Possess strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and facilitate information exchange.
- Demonstrate organizational capabilities to foresee, plan, prioritize tasks independently.
- Ability to collaborate within a team while also excelling in independent work.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, knowledge of additional European languages is a plus, particularly French or Italian.
- Flexible to travel approximately 25% of the time.
