Risk Business Analyst.

What You Will Do:

  • Utilize your analytical skills to assess and interpret complex payment data.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently using CRM tools.
  • Handle chargebacks effectively, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats to our global operations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement preventive measures and optimize payment processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure our payment systems remain secure and compliant.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of our worldwide customer base, delivering timely solutions and support

You'll Succeed With:

  • Passionate about the payments industry
  • Possess a keen analytical mindset.
  • Thrives in resolving customer issues with ease and have experience utilizing CRM tools effectively
  • Ability to navigate complex chargeback scenarios and conducting risk analysis to safeguard our global operations
  • Spanish fluency desired
  • Data Analysis skills such SQL, Python or R proficiency
