Job Opportunity: People Intern
We are in search of an outstanding People Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and have the opportunity to contribute to establishing foundational processes from scratch, directly influencing our People and Talent Acquisition divisions. Collaborating closely with our People Manager and engaging with our COO, you will be instrumental in shaping top-notch processes and fostering a strong company culture at SolarMente. This is more than an internship; it is a chance to mold the essence and ethos of our rapidly expanding startup.
Key Requirements- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with the potential for an internship.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources is a bonus.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, headhunting, HR, or talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
- Above all, a strong willingness to learn and develop rapidly.
- Contribute to cultivating an inspiring and inclusive company culture.
- Assist in enhancing our existing HR processes to facilitate our expansion.
- Support recruitment endeavors and talent acquisition efforts.
- Coordinate and oversee engaging team events and initiatives.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
