Lo que buscamos es:
Una persona con experiência en un rol de Office Manager, Recepcionista o similar, con experiência en la gestión de tareas administrativas complementarias.
Y en concreto, esto es lo que harás:
- Gestionarás la recepción, convirtiéndote la primera persona a la que ven de todos nuestros empleados, clientes y visitantes, en un horario de 9:30 a 19:00.
- Apoyarás las operaciones diarias de la empresa, supervisando y gestionando la instalación, el equipamiento, el material de oficina, el servicio de limpieza, etc.
- Trabajarás estrechamente con el equipo de Operaciones para optimizar los recursos y procedimientos.
- Serás el enlace entre la empresa y los proveedores, gestionando compras, albaranes y facturas. Negociarás las tarifas con ellos y controlarás el gasto.
- Tendrás acceso y gestionarás la herramienta de control de aforo y te asegurarás de que en ella se refleja la asistencia real a la oficina.
- Coordinarás todos los viajes del personal, incluyendo vuelos, hoteles, seguros, presupuestos, reserva de restaurantes y taxis.
- Gestión y compra de formaciones para empleados, la gestión de las notas de gasto y los gastos de transporte y alimentación, etc.
- Darás apoyo en la gestión de diferentes eventos internos como pueden ser afterworks, team buildings o formaciones
Y además tendrás:
- Un impacto real en la vida de los empleados en las oficinas.
- Voz para poner en marcha nuevas iniciativas de bienestar con el objetivo de fomentar un entorno de trabajo seguro, cómodo y sostenible.
Para eso, necesitamos que:
- Tengas suficiente fluidez en inglés para comunicarte a nível oral y escrito con soltura.
- Tengas experiência en el manejo de herramientas de la Suite de Google (Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) y con hojas de cálculo (Excel, Google Sheets...).
- Seas una persona con actitud positiva y amistosa, que sepa hacer sentir acogidas a todas las personas que están y visitan nuestras oficinas.
- Tengas fuertes habilidades de organización y planificación.
- Tengas buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Seas una persona atenta a los detalles y resolutiva.
