Somos una consultoría de selección especializada en retail, wholesale & eCommerce que trabaja con las mejores empresas del sector. Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes en la búsqueda de un perfil de Store Manager.


Es un gran punto de venta flagship en Barcelona reportando a la dirección, una posición de management con un equipo de más de 10 personas con una tienda de casi 1000m2.

El producto es relacionado con el ámbito de accesorios tanto nível medio como más luxury y por otro lado un producto más técnico dentro del ámbito del diseño, bellas artes, craft, etc.


Realizará las siguientes funciones:

  • Ayudar en el liderazgo, animación y motivación al equipo de vendedores/as y cajeros/as conjuntamente con la dirección, para alcanzar el objetivo de ventas y los estándares de calidad de atención al cliente fijados por las empresa.
  • Coordinar y ayudar a la organización de trabajo, turnos y calendario de los miembros del equipo
  • Seguimiento y formación del equipo siguiendo las directrices para la venta y la estrategia comercial
  • Atención al cliente y venta del producto como parte del equipo de venta.
  • Seguimiento del equipo para que vele por el material (correcta exposición y reposición del producto, qué se vende, qué no, qué se vende puede cambiar de sitio, qué debería liquidarse,...).
  • Controlar, supervisar y distribuir toda la actividad diaria de la tienda, resolviendo las incidencias que puedan ocurrir.
  • Atender a las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes.
  • Atender y autorizar cambios y devoluciones
  • Cuidar la correcta rotulación de la tienda, asegurando que siempre estén los rótulos necesarios y que éstos estén en perfecto estado.
  • Confeccionar presupuestos y proformas. Hacer siguiendo hasta la consecución.
  • Gestionar los encargos de los clientes (pedido a proveedor).
  • Seguimiento de la evolución de las ventas, analisis de indicadores y realización de planes de acción.

Pensamos en una persona que:

  • Aporte una experiência mínima de 35 años como Assistant Store Manager o 12 años como store manager o similar.
  • Conocimientos de KPIs y planes de acción para la consecución de objetivos.
  • Liderazgo participativo, positivo y motivador.
  • Persona creativa o que le apasione el mundo del arte o similar
  • Orientación resultados.


 Inglés nível B
  • Catalán y castellano nível C2 o C1.

Que ofrecemos?

  • Salario fijo mas variable.
  • Posición estable.
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes (rotativo intensivo) + 2 sábados al mes.
