Santander CIB Legal está buscando un/a Abogado Junior Capital Markets para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO
Como
Abogado de Santander CIB Legal , tu objetivo será
asesorar en operaciones y contratos de Mercados.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Negociación de contratos marco y asesoramiento en operaciones (tanto estructuradas como no estructuradas) de derivados, repos o préstamos de valores; incluyendo la redacción de toda aquella documentación que sea necesaria.
  • Asesoramiento jurídico respecto a las nuevos desarrollos normativos que afecten a Mercados y asesoramiento jurídico en la implantación de proyectos corporativos, participando en foros y grupos de trabajo multidisciplinares.
  • Asesoramiento en cualesquiera otros asuntos relacionados con Mercados que requieran la intervención de Asesoría Jurídica.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos 2 años de experiência en temas de Mercados o en asesoramiento financiero o bancario.

EDUCACIÓN

  • Doble licenciatura/grado en Derecho y ADE.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Inglés avanzado y fluido: capacidad de negociar documentación en inglés, tanto por escrito como verbalmente.
  • Se valorará el conocimiento en productos de mercado (incluyendo sus contratos marco), así como el conocimiento en emisiones estructuradas.
