What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our
Transversal Operations Strategy Department as
Planning Coordinator & Project Manager at our headquarters in Madrid.

MISSION:

The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project. It's their job to make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Core responsibilities of the Planning Coordinator and Project Manager:

• Coordinate the global S&OP process.
• Support the demand and supply planning process.
• Project management.
• Key user in the area tools such as: analytics, demand planning, supply, inventory, and scheduling production systems.
• Reporting and area key performance indicators tracking.

Soft skills:

• Analytical profile.
• Strong intellectual curiosity.
• Good communication (both oral and written).
• Interpersonal strengths
• Project management skills.
• Autonomous and proactive.

Education and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

Nice to have:
master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Preferable:
• 25 years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning).
• Expertise in implementation of Demand and supply chain systems.
• Other programs such as Access, Power BI, SAP.
