Tus funciones principales serán:
- Venta directa, planificación y organización de los eventos externos e internos celebrados en BLESS Hotel Madrid.
- Reunirse con los clientes a su llegada asegurándose de que el evento sea como lo requieren y asegurando que cualquier cambio en el día se transmita a las personas relevantes cuando sea necesario.
- Informar al equipo de eventos sobre todos los aspectos del negocio y supervisar el funcionamiento de todos los eventos y cualquier otro servicio contratado por el cliente interno y externo.
- Gestionar depósitos y facturación de eventos así como los gastos adicionales de los eventos y asegurar el cargo a la master.
- Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar posibilidades de venta y evaluar las necesidades del cliente.
- Negociar y contratar proveedores asociados a la celebración de eventos, y creación de acuerdos beneficiosos para el Hotel.
- Apoyar en la organización de Fam Trips y eventos internos.
- Gestionar el equipo de MICE (organización de turnos y horarios, vacaciones y permisos del personal) junto al Group Manager.
- Formar parte de un equipo dinámico, multicultural, con mentalidad ganadora y que cuenta con grandes profesionales del sector hotelero.
- Contrato eventual, con oportunidad de crecimiento.

- Estar al día de las nuevas tendencias de tu área y del sector, además de potenciar tus habilidades mediante planes de formación.

Requisitos:
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en el sector de eventos de lujo.
- Mínimo nível B2 inglés. Se valorará tercer idioma.
- Proactividad e iniciativa.
