Únete como Legal Counsel en el área Mercantil y Societaria y juega un rol clave en asegurar la integridad y conformidad legal de nuestro negocio y de nuestras operaciones.

Si tienes un profundo conocimiento en derecho mercantil y societario, y conocimientos en materia de derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial, queremos conocerte.

Responsabilidades :

  • Asesorar en una amplia gama de cuestiones legales recurrentes relacionadas con el derecho mercantil y societario, incluyendo la negociación y redacción de contratos clave para el funcionamiento del negocio, la constitución de sociedades, fusiones, adquisiciones, y reestructuraciones corporativas.
  • Asesorar en cuestiones relacionadas con derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial de la empresa, incluyendo la gestión de marcas, patentes y derechos de autor.
  • Redactar, negociar y revisar contratos mercantiles y acuerdos de joint venture, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
  • Representar a la empresa en negociaciones y procedimientos legales, asegurando la protección de sus intereses comerciales y legales.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en todas las operaciones de la empresa.
  • Proporcionar formación y orientación sobre asuntos legales a otros departamentos y directivos de la empresa.
  • Implementar herramientas Legaltech para la mejora y simplificación de procesos de la función legal.

Requisitos :

  • Licenciatura / Grado en Derecho y máster de abogacía con especialización en Derecho Mercantil.
  • Mínimo de 4 a 5 años de experiencia en despacho o en empresa del sector, con al menos 3 años en un despacho de abogados.
  • Experiencia en materia contractual a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Dominio del inglés y preferentemente de un segundo idioma.

Valorable :

Conocimientos y experiencia en cuestiones relacionadas con protección de derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial a nivel nacional e internacional
