- _Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in packaging materials and design._
- _Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor packaging strategies_

_Concept Development:

- _Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, to select and propose packaging solutions._

_Material Selection:

- _Evaluate and select packaging materials based on factors such as product compatibility, sustainability, cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance._
- _Collaborate with suppliers to explore new materials and technologies that align with innovation goals._

_Sustainability Integration:
_
- _Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions, considering factors like recyclability, reduced environmental impact, and circular economy principles._
- _Stay informed about advancements in sustainable packaging practices and incorporate them into the packaging strategy._

_Prototyping and Testing:

- _Oversee the creation of product prototypes and collaborate with Lab to conduct testing to ensure functionality and visual appeal._

_Cost Management:

- _Manage the end-to-end process of packaging from mktg brief to implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget._

_Continuous Improvement:

- _Implement feedback loops to gather insights on the performance of packaging solutions in the market._
- _Identify areas for improvement and optimization in packaging design and functionality._
- _Implement a rolling catalogue of ready to use solutions, from different offers available on the mkt_

  • RELEVANT INFO_
- _5-8 years of experience in cosmetic, in packaging (skincare, emulsions.), BTB company beauty industry_
- _Degree in mktg/communication/ engineering, not mandatory._
- _English_

- _Report: Head of mktg_

- _Hybrid: 3 day per week._
