This role is responsible for daily analysis of the potential fraud risks, managing the E2E fraud protocol trying to minimize fraud costs and support our clients and suppliers reporting the key figures
He / She will Detect fraud by analyzing potential fraudulent bookings and payments. Also We look for someone who will detect fraud by analyzing fake hotels and hoteliers committing illegitimate activities.
Other essential activities will include:
Reducing the Fraud cost by Managing the E2E fraud protocol with all the internal and external stakeholders
Updating Client ́s payment performance by compiling and handling daily reports & account reviews
Optimazing chargeback process by Analyzing, preparing and handling daily disputes
Improving fraud visibility and awareness by reporting key figures
Skills:
Knowledgeable about online payments and fraud
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and attention to detail
Appreciation of risk management
Good communication skills
Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
Willing to work shifts including weekends (rota)
High sense of judgement and a sharp eye for detail
A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics
Proficient command of both spoken and written English
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience at online payments and fraud or 3 years of seniority in HB
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent English
