As a Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist , you will play a crucial role in supporting our regional users with their day-to-day work in the system, but will also contribute to new initiatives, especially in the global implementation of a new e-commerce storefront for the Industrial Business.
A high level of communication and collaboration across functions and regions is key to succeed in this role - ultimately this role will support EMEA and North American region, therefore worktime flexibility is required.
General Tasks :
Provide first-line support for issues relating to and integrated systems - connect with IT specialists where required to drive issue resolution Handle ad hoc report & dashboard requests Coordinate and execute ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activities Running UAT for any new features / bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user trainingWebshop specific:
Support EMEA and NA region to implement the new webshop with UAT / Training and data cleanup activities Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training andongoing usability improvement initiatives Responsible for supervising and automating activities related to on/ offboarding and maintenance of customer accounts Running constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure e.g. product data availability for introducing new products or marketing for aligning on special campaigns. Generate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and improvement areas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar field Good knowledge and experience in is required, ideally experience with SAP - SD/OTC Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analytically Good data analysis skills Creative Mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs A motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
