Role Overview:

The SEO Specialist at WebPros will be instrumental in enhancing our brands' visibility and organic search presence across multiple digital platforms.

Reporting to the VP of Growth & Digital Marketing, the SEO Specialist will oversee all SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging SEO strategies to drive business growth and achieve measurable results.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead SEO efforts across all brands with an audience-first approach. Execute integrated SEO strategies and promotions to maximize organic exposure and traffic from search engines.

Oversee the creation, articulation, and implementation of successful cross-channel SEO initiatives, including content optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building campaigns.


Keyword Research & Content Optimization:

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure all online content is optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams in creating SEO-friendly content that targets valuable keywords and topics.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on the SEO performance of all digital properties.

Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to stay at the forefront of SEO trends, ensuring SEO efforts are delivered with impact and efficiency.

Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to maximize organic search rankings and website traffic, injecting new tactics to reinvigorate SEO performance.


Technical Oversight:

Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including site structure, meta tag optimization, URL optimization, and compliance with the latest SEO guidelines.

Collaborate with the Tech team on website enhancements and innovations to stay at the forefront of SEO best practices.

Utilize a suite of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and similar platforms, to enhance performance and drive results.


Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop SEO-optimized content, landing pages, and reporting needed to maximize SEO performance

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy implementation and significant improvement in organic search rankings.

Strong understanding of current SEO practices, trends, and guidelines to maximize ROI.Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, XOVI or similar.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, strategically, and creatively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders and team members.

Experience with content management systems and an understanding of HTML/CSS.Work experience in agency settings or multi-product environments is a plus.
