Gestionar las consultas y solicitudes de los clientes que muestren interés por nuestro software de RRHH a través de llamadas y correos electrónicos.Resolver las dudas de los clientes y guiarlos en el proceso de compra.Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de marketing y ventas para asegurar una experiencia de cliente excepcional.Realizar seguimiento a los clientes y mantenerlos comprometidos. Requisitos: Ganas de aprender, aportar y desarrollarse dentro de la empresa. Buscamos gente que crezca con nosotrosExperiencia previa en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.Buena capacidad de organización y manejo de tiempo.Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Conocimiento en RRHH o en el software de RRHH (será valorado).
