Nuestro producto Food Radar, es el primer Observatorio de datos del sector FoodService en formato SaaS en el que fabricantes, distribuidores y restaurantes pueden consultar que está sucediendo en el sector HORECA a un alto nível de detalle.

La empresa ha sido premiada en varias ocasiones por su innovación con galardones como el premio PascualStartup a la mejor startup de Retail del 2017, premio otorgado por IBM, Telefónica y Pascual.
Actualmente, la empresa tiene en producción su principal producto: un potente e innovador SaaS que mediante técnicas de Big Data es capaz de realizar estudios de mercado y comerciales interactivos a un gran alto nível de detalle, para toda la cadena de valor HORECA (fabricantes, distribuidores, restaurantes).
¿Qué buscamos?
Estamos buscando un Business/Product Analyst para que nos ayude a monitorear, optimizar y mejorar nuestro producto SaaS y las diferentes vías de negocio que generamos a partir de él.
En Delectatech trabajarás en el departamento de negocio reportando directamente al CEO de la compañía y tendrás una visibilidad completa de la estrategia de la compañía, colaborando estrechamente con los departamentos de producto y marketing realizando las siguientes tareas:
- Analizar el rendimiento del negocio mediante las principales Unit Economics y hacer reporting a dirección para detectar mejoras y palancas de crecimiento.
- Analizar las necesidades del mercado junto con el equipo de marketing para detectar nuevas palancas de crecimiento relacionadas con nuevos nichos de mercado, cambios en pricing, etc.
- Colaborar activamente con el equipo de producto analizando el rendimiento del producto gestionando las diferentes fuentes de tracking (GA, Hotjar, etc.).
- Te encargarás de la gestión y la mejora de los distintos dashboards estratégicos de la compañía, desde los paneles de negocio hasta los dashboards de ventas con nuestro CRM.
- Mínimo de dos años de experiência en posiciones similares analizando modelos de negocio SaaS.
- Altos conocimientos en métricas de negocio SaaS y en medición de Unit Economics.
- Altos conocimientos en herramientas de ofimática (Excel) o en la suite de herramientas de Google, así como experiência en reporting/dashboards analíticos y en el uso de CRMs (ZohoCRM).
- Se valorará experiência en productos B2B de Big Data y/o en la venta de estudios de mercado así como experiência en herramientas de analítica web (GAnalytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Se valorará muy positivamente experiência en el mundo del FoodService y/o Retail.
- Perfil analítico y con capacidad de organización.
- Estudios relacionados con económicas, Digital Product Management o similares.
