Savills IM is in a rapid growth phase, expanding its global presence as well as the products and services offered, that post acquisition of a relevant shareholding in DRC SIM now encompasses both Equity and Private debt funds.

An expanded product range investing in a larger number of countries and property types, a greater number of investment professionals and a desire to continue developing innovative products means that there should be suitable focus on investment process and performance.


For our Madrid based office we are looking for an additional resource, on a 10-month trainee contract, to support the Asset Management Team.

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance to the AM in the preparation of the Business Plan and the Quarterly Report
  • Support to the AM in the preparation of the analysis and recommendations for potential actions in the assets
  • Rent roll and invoicing monitoring
  • Review of the Managing Agents Monthly Review
  • Manage the uploading of the property data into data warehousing systems.

Role requirements:

  • New Graduate
  • Previous internships in similar positions, highly valued.
  • Degree and/or bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics
  • Strong communication abilities (proficient English, written and oral, is mandatory)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and Team Player (multitasking)
  • Excel advanced level
