BAT Spain is on the lookout for a Marketing Intern:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
These positions are within the Marketing/Trade Marketing team, offering you the chance to hone your skills in a dynamic, multinational environment. You'll be responsible for market and portfolio analysis, identifying new consumer opportunities, and more.
Reports to: Marketing managerGeographic Scope: Iberia
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR IN THE MARKETING INTERNSHIP
  • Drive and implement Activation tools aligned with BAT brand strategy at point of sale for optimal execution.
  • Activate brands through various campaigns and touchpoints including Retail, Horeca, and BTL initiatives.
  • Manage permanent and non-permanent materials in coordination with brand/trade, ensuring implementation and tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Field Force to ensure execution excellence.
  • Establish strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for effective planning and execution.
  • Create business presentations showcasing project status, results, and updates.
  • Comply with environmental, safety, and fire protection regulations, as well as internal EHS standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Additional qualifications such as a Master's in marketing or related field would be a plus.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing departments preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven proactivity, ownership, and communication skills.
  • Project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
