IT Infrastructure & OPS Manager en hibrido.
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para la gestión eficiente de infraestructuras y operaciones IT. Liderar supervisar y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios tanto localmente como en grupo proporcionando dirección colaboración y apoyo.
Planificar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas incluyendo la adopción y gestión de tecnologías en la nube alineando las necesidades de la compañía con las normas tecnologías y metodologías existentes en el grupo.
Garantizar el mantenimiento y la mejora continua de la infraestructura tecnológica del país incorporando además sistemas de monitorización y asegurando su eficaz gestión.
Supervisar las prácticas de seguridad de la infraestructura y asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y políticas internas y externas y coordinar la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad garantizando la integridad de los sistemas.
Liderar y colaborar en proyectos incluyendo aquellos no exclusivos de infraestructura para ofrecer asesoramiento experto desde la concepción hasta la implementación asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos y en cumplimiento con las normas de ciberseguridad riesgos y continuidad de la compañía.
Gestionar eficientemente los recursos asignados a infraestructuras y operaciones IT buscando la optimización económica y la identificación de eficiencias Colaborar con otros departamentos y áreas de negocio para alinear la infraestructura con las necesidades empresariales.
Gestión de proveedores compras costes y presupuesto del área para garantizar la estabilidad económica a la vez que el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios contratados su mantenimiento y evoluciones.
Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y reducir costos en la infraestructura teniendo siempre en cuenta la gestión de riesgos y normas de obligado cumplimiento de la compañía.
Gobernar crear y mantener documentación actualizada de la arquitectura tecnológica y promover el uso de mejores prácticas en el equipo.
Compañia financiera internacional (cliente final) Experiencia en Azure Habilidad comprobada para liderar y motivar equipos multidisciplinarios de IT en entornos de multinacional.
Amplia experiencia en la gestión de infraestructuras conocimientos sólidos en tecnologías en la nube (Azure). Experiencia en liderar proyectos complejos con componentes de infraestructura y operaciones IT. Conocimiento profundo de prácticas de seguridad en entornos de infraestructura y operaciones IT. Excelentes habilidades de colaboración para trabajar efectivamente con equipos remotos en grupos internacionales y proveedores. Capacidad de trabajar en solitario con autonomía e iniciativa. Inglés.FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA Experiencia en empresas multinacionales con equipos e infraestructuras tecnológicas deslocalizadas. Gestión de proyectos y tecnologías en la nube (Azure) y sus modelos de gestión adminsitración y seguimiento de costes.
Al menos siete años de experiencia en roles relacionados con la gestión de infraestructuras y operaciones IT con enfoque en liderazgo de equipos.
Experiencia en el sector financiero y en entornos con centros de llamadas (call centers) altamente valorable.Conocimiento previo en la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas y estrategias de adopción de la nube.
