Join DAZN as our new Media Sales Manager within the Media Sales Department to help support the growth and sales of the team.

***- In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Media Sales to manage the day to day running of sales strategies and agency relationships. You'll be developing new business initiatives and working closely with the local Media Sales, Marketing, Social, PR and Production teams to deliver DAZN Sales objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for our Barcelona based partners. Working with a range of these different teams, you will help plan, develop and manage business partnerships alongside brands and media agencies. You will join our new central Madrid office and collaborate internationally with the Regional Milan-based and London-based central teams.

  • This role will be based in our Madrid office. As our new Media Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support the day-to-day relationships of all DAZN Media partnerships (brand & agency)
  • Availability as the point of contact commercially and operationally between internal and external stakeholders
  • Grow and develop relationships and commercial opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Management of analytical and revenue reporting and pipelines in order to maintain a clear and accurate picture of market performance and commercial position at all times
  • Innovate and develop integrated agreements which achieve the commercial objectives and deliver against revenue
  • Ensure all new partnerships deliver value to increase DAZN's commercial awareness
  • Deliver the agency ad revenue budget closely with the Head Media Sales, finance and strategy team to manage costs to ensure bottom line and top line revenue growth
  • Work closely with Head of Media Sales and Strategy lead to develop multiplatform brand/sponsor integration strategies and executions that position DAZN as an innovator
  • Have or develop a network of blue chip brand contacts

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Commercial approach, sales and goal oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of sports and tech industries as well as broadcast ad trading models and digital cross selling initiatives
  • Proven track record of overachieving against revenue targets within TV, OTT and Digital ecosystem
  • Ability to analyse requirements or problems and lead the proposal of the solutions

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in content marketing, especially digital & social
  • Commercial experience in sports media industry in Spain
  • Network of contacts belonging to media agencies in Spain and brands related to sports
