En Leroy Merlin España nos encontramos en búsqueda activa de un/a Business Analyst - Customer, Loyalty & CRM para incorporar en nuestro equipo de Fidelidad y Conocimiento Cliente, en las oficinas centrales de Alcobendas.


Su misión consistiría en:

  • Transformar e interpretar los datos mediante análisis prescriptivo para la elaboración de conclusiones, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Definir un marco de indicadores para realizar, de manera continuada, la identificación y el análisis de necesidades, problemáticas, áreas de mejora y oportunidades de negocio para LME a través del análisis de patrones y tendencias aplicados a la inteligencia de negocio generando soluciones de alto impacto y datadriven para el negocio de LME.
  • Tener identificados las fuentes de información y los datos de calidad fiables para generar información de valor e impulsar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos en todos los perímetros del negocio.

Funciones:

  • Liderar la definición y diseñar el marco analítico y decisional de datos de su perímetro de negocio con el objetivo de garantizar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Definir, junto con el equipo de negocio, los algoritmos de los datos calculados, para su consumo dentro de la organización.
  • Identificar las necesidades de datos de la Compañía, para su integración en el marco de datos globales de la empresa.
  • Definir los criterios de calidad de los datos para, junto con el Data Office, integrarlos en el modelo de datos para garantizar la calidad de los mismos e identificar necesidades de mejora.
  • Liderar transversalmente dentro de su perímetro de responsabilidad, la consolidación de una cultura analítica y decisional basada en los datos.
  • Liderar la construcción de insights de negocio que permiten lanzar acciones, decisiones o explorar oportunidades de desarrollo del negocio, monetización de acciones, y su performance económico.
  • Construir los soportes analíticos, decisionales o estadísticos para su utilización por parte del resto de equipos de la empresa, según las necesidades en cada momento.
  • Identificar los insights, soportes y reportes que puedan ser industrializados por parte del Data Office definiendo el modelo, los criterios, y los formatos de visualización.
  • Analizar necesidades y codefinir con el equipo de Tecnología/Data los sistemas automatizados que creen mediciones válidas y fiables según las prioridades de la compañía y la estrategía de datos.
  • Proponer evoluciones a los marcos analíticos actuales.
  • Gestionar y participar activamente en proyectos transversales con otros Departamentos y el Grupo ADEO, aportando su expertise en la función y conocimiento del potencial de la información que podemos explotar.
  • Licenciado en ADE, Económicas, Matemáticas, Estadística, Física, Ingeniería Informática, etc...
  • Más de 5 años de experiência en puestos similares
  • Alta capacidad de análisis con orientación a Negocio
  • Conocimiento y experiência demostrada en análisis de datos y aplicación de la analítica a la gestión de clientes
  • Desarrollo e implementación de modelos analíticos y de segmentación
  • Implantación de procesos de medición y análisis de acciones de comunicación y desarrollo cliente, extrayendo aprendizajes en base a resultados que permitan mejora continua
  • Conocimiento y experiência en herramientas y lenguajes analíticos: SQL, SAS, R y/o Python, visualización (DataStudio, Power BI, Tableau...)
