MISIÓN:
Tu misión será la de cumplir el plan estratégico definido por el Engineering Manager con los PL's asignados y apoyándote en el EM para problemas técnicos y coordinando a RDI con el resto de departamentos para conseguir los objetivos, formando parte del desarrollo humano y profesional del equipo de PL's así como del equipo de incidencias y homologaciones.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Planificar y coordinar la ejecución de los proyectos asignados en plazo, riesgos y coste.
- Coordinar de todas las áreas y departamentos para conseguir desbloquear potenciales causas de retraso o desviaciones de coste en los proyectos, siendo el contacto con el departamento comercial.
- Responsable de mantener el control y la velocidad de resolucion de incidencias y homologaciones en curso.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Creación y seguimiento de la planificación de los proyectos y actividades relacionadas, velando por la eficiencia de todos los recursos humanos y materiales. Desde el concepto hasta la industrialización del producto. Focalizándose en la identificación y reducción de las incidencias en el desarrollo para llegar a producción sin incidencias.
- Supervisión de los PL's en coordinación con los EM's en los cuales se apoyará cuando detecte un problema técnico que pueda afectar al cumplimiento de la especificación del proyecto así como proponer cambios de recursos en cada proyecto, para salvar desviaciones.
- Ser el enlace con el departamento comercial para recopilar y transmitir la información recibida de cliente al equipo de RDI, avisar de desviaciones de forma inmediata a comercial y velar por el cumplimiento de los compromisos con el cliente.
- Ser el enlace del proyecto con todos los departamento y áreas para realizar el proyecto según planning acordado.
- Detectar errores en el desarrollo de proyectos y en las actividades de procesos y proponer, seguir e implementar las mejoras.
- Proponer cambios en la documentación y proceso de desarrollo para aumentar la eficiencia.
- Monitorizar el coste del producto y junto al PL y al EM realizar un Action Plan y conseguir su cumplimiento para conseguir el Target Cost de Producto.
- Coordinar las presentaciones de producto.
- Coordinar las actividades de incidencias y homologaciones en el departamento de RDI optimizando el tiempo de respuesta a otros departamentos.
- Ingeniería en Electrónica, Electricidad, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
- Especialización en Project Management.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência.
- Inglés y Castellano fluidos, valorables otros idiomas.
